We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after package has been delivered to request a refund.

We hope your purchase is exactly what you expected! If your package is delivered and you are disappointed in the products, please let us know!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds that are requested for products without damage or issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis. (Must be within 10-days of receiving product) Thank you for understanding.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
